Requirements for Research and Development Manager:
- Graduate of BSECE, BSCoE, BSCS
- Must be proficient in Visual C/ C++ and Visual Basic
- Experience of Delphi is an advantage
- Must also be familiar with OOP
- At least 3 years solid experience in developing database and client server applications
- Proficient in RDBMS (MS SQL2000, MS Access, Oracle)Proficient in RDBMS (MS SQL2000, MS Access, Oracle)
- Knowledge in Linux operating system and familiarity with its architecture will be an advantage
- Manager must have at least 2 years experience in people and project management.

Requirements for Programmer/Web Developer:
- Graduate BSECE, BSCoE, BSCS
- 2-3 years experience working with Client Server application and experience with RDBMS (MS SQL2000, MS Access, Oracle)
- Knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop & Dreamweaver
